Account & Data Deletion

Last updated: 26 June 2026. Applies to the Vivaha AI app and website (vivahaai.com), operated by AIVENTRIX TECHNOLOGIES.

This page explains how to delete your Vivaha AI account and the personal data associated with it. You can delete your account yourself from within the app, or by sending us a request.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

Open the Vivaha AI app and sign in.
Go to Profile → Settings (or the Manage section of your profile).
Tap "Delete my account".
Confirm. Your account and personal data are deleted as described below.

You can also download a copy of your data before deleting, via Settings → "Download my data".

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address registered on your account:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Please include the phone number or email registered on your Vivaha AI account so we can verify it's you.

We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 7 working days, and in any case within the timelines required by applicable law.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, age, photos, education, profession, etc.)	Permanently deleted
Birth details and horoscope data	Permanently deleted
Preferences, saved profiles, profile views	Permanently deleted
Interests, connections, and your messages	Permanently deleted
Verification documents/photos	Permanently deleted
Account identity (phone, email, login)	Permanently deleted

What we may retain (and why)

After deletion, we may keep a limited set of records only where the law requires it or to protect the platform, such as:

Transaction/payment records we are legally required to retain for tax and accounting.
Minimal records needed for fraud prevention, safety, or to comply with a legal obligation.

These records are kept only as long as required and are not used to rebuild your profile.

Timeline

In-app deletion takes effect immediately for your account access. Personal data is removed from our active systems right away; residual copies in encrypted backups are overwritten on our normal backup rotation, within 30 days.
